I’m sorry nonny :( It’s been super hard to keep up with the album, and because Dalton isn’t really updating any more it’s harder for us to set time apart for this project. It also makes it more difficult to write songs, as we lack new inspiration. We’re going to try and record what we have written and probably put it up on our YouTube channel. If we do we’ll be sure to post it here.

No, no, no! We’ve been super busy with RL recently, that we haven’t been able to focus on the album much lately. But we have not forgotten! We still have some songs to record, and a couple to write! We were also waiting to see if any updates would happen before we go back to school, to see if there’s a possibility of new songs. Don’t lose hope! We hope to have the album up pretty soon-ish, sort of, maybe, we don’t like making promises :P

Hi everyone!
So you may or may not remember that today is meant to be the release day of Alice in Warblerland BUT…
we have decided to postpone the release for a little while longer due to the new chapter of Dalton being released/on it’s way to being released! As well as that we’ve had some good prompts that we haven’t had the time to work on so we have made the executive decision to delay the release slightly!
I hope you guys understand and to make up for this, we’re going to post a demo of a new song once we’re both home from work this evening. (Technically I decided this but I’m assuming Kathy agrees :P)
We love you all and thank you for sticking with us this far!

It didn’t work out as productively as we’d planned but I played White Knight for Kathy and she liked it and I also finished Stay With Me, which is all kinds of heartbreaking and written during the fire of Hell Night.
It’s all kinds of angst. Not gonna lie, the thought reduced me to tears.
But hopefully the song is good!
I still have a Tweedles song to finish as well as two instrumental pieces I’m working on, one called Alice in Warblerland and one called Adam’s Theme!
As always, we love feedback and prompts and just general Dalton fangirling, so feel free to chat to us whenever you like! The release date draws ever closer!

It’s called White Knight and it took forever because it had to be perfect and yeah.
Also in 13 days I will be FREE and summer will be here and album work will begin in earnest so stick around you guys!

We are still writing and working on the album, don’t worry guys! It’s just end of semester so we both have assignments due and exams coming up. Hopefully we’ll have something to post this or next week to make up for our absence!
The day in which I attempt to move past my apparent utter failure at keeping up with the songs and get cracking on some of these amazing lyrics I have sitting in my inbox.

Actually, I have! It’s such an awesome song. Then again, I love everything Jogan so it’s no surprise. I particularly like the melody during the “Kiss me Kiss me” part, but yes, the lyrics in the chorus are super!

This is a very good point, thank you nonnie! We do have some Klaine songs, but no duets. I think mainly because we write other songs inspired by Klaine that we hadn’t noticed the inequality!

I’m going to post under a Read More the song list of the album so far, who is singing it, and a tidbit of what’s it’s about. This still isn’t the final list, but it’s pretty close. Some spoilers below if you’re not up to date with Dalton.

Oooh a Fab Five song would be amazing! I will add that to my list of songs to write! Also, we do have a Tweedles song! It’s called Welcome to Windsor, it just hasn’t been released. They’re also featured in another song Stay With Me, which is based on the aftermath of Hell Night!

So we’ve been discussing the album and we have decided on a few thing we feel we should share with you guys:
- There will be between 16-18 songs on the initial album. Seven of them have already been released and can be found on this blog.
- There will most likely be no more full tracks posted, just so you have some new tracks when you get the album (though this could change)
- There will be more songs released AFTER the album is first posted. These will be based on chapters released after the album.
- RELEASE DATE: As of right now is the 4th of June. We hope to stick pretty closely to this.
- Other than that we are still taking song requests, and we hope to keep you more updated now that we have a date to aim for.
